Commercial Construction
Our Construction team specialises in the design, project management and construction of major projects.
We have designed, built and furnished a number of luxurious motel complexes to an operational standard.
Built on a range of foundations and using solid brick or timber construction, the multi storey, multi room motels have included rooms ranging from family rooms to the presidential or deluxe suite.
These projects have included the demolition of existing buildings, substantial earthmoving, the motel design, construction, interior design and fit out, external design and landscaping, all completed ready for the first guest. We have also managed the relevant development approvals through council, including the construction certificate and certificate of occupancy.
Decentralised Demountables has also completed a number of Aged care facilities ranging from independent living units to multi room complexes. Our aged care projects have included completely new state of the art complexes and also redevelopment and addition to existing facilities, which has included demolition of the existing units plus alterations and refurbishment of existing sections.
