Commercial Construction

We have successfully designed, built, and furnished a number of luxurious motel complexes to operational standards. Built on a variety of foundations and using solid brick or timber construction, these multi-storey, multi-room motels have included family rooms through to presidential and deluxe suites.
Our projects often involve full-scale development, including demolition of existing buildings, substantial earthworks, motel design and construction, interior design and fit-out, external design, and landscaping — all completed ready for the first guest. We also manage all relevant development approvals, including construction certificates and certificates of occupancy.
